My friend and myself attended a chakra and crystal bowl workshop last Saturday with Colleen. We followed it up with a sound healing on the Sunday morning. The workshop was fun and informative, we both really loved it, and found it a great introduction to crystal sound bowls. On Sunday, the sound healing was amazing.
