Doesn’t seem very professional or attentive to detail. Files extension for client that should have been filed on time. Emailed multiple times. Called multiple times . No answer. And line is busy. In this time of technology there should not be a busy signal. Disgusted that my elderly parents trusted their taxes to such a laxity tax person.
Very efficient. Got me right in.
Well after holding our taxes for 2 years and promising to do them now we have to find someplace else that actually will do taxes when they say they will. I can't believe this accountant is even in business. She was unavailable constantly. We did not return any calls ever and was unavailable most of the time. Don't recommend this business and would never even be interested in this service again making us two years behind
