The customer service at collectron is extremely horrible. As a client/customer attempting to get information in regards to the account, I had to call numerous times to get someone on the phone. Once someone was on the phones, both representatives were extremely rude and disrespectful. I’ve also sent an email to Chris C***** who is owner of business and received no response back. Very horrible service from business!!!

Collectron, Inc. called me and identified itself as a debt collector, although they did not identify themselves by name. They are attempting to collect a debt on behalf of *** **** *****/Shrink Savannah.. First of all, I am not responsible for any mental health debts. According to the divorce decree all these expenses are to be billed to my ex-husband, which Dr. Brock's office knows full well, as they have continually forwarded all bills to him in the past.
