I had an inner child healing session with Heba. It completing changed me. I released attachment to both my parents and with it my perspective of myself and others changed. I feel more at peace with myself than I have in my entire life. I was a constant people pleaser, scared of being unloved and abandoned and this has completely shifted. I have practiced with Heba for 3+ years. I also completed my life changing Teacher Training in 2020 with Heba. Highly recommend hanging out with the Collective Rising team casually on the mat or in one of their courses. Heba is wonderful teacher, she made learning the asanas and philosophy's so interesting. Great vibe such a chilled and welcoming environment.

I have been blessed to have just completed 200 hour YTT with Heba. The opportunity to learn Traditional style Hatha Yoga with this amazing human has been life changing. She has shared so much knowledge and wisdom with us students and my physical and spiritual practice has gone to new heights. After completing the Inner Child Course, I can whole-heartedly say that I learned so much in the 9 weeks and it was the best course I have ever done. Heba is a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her lessons were life-changing for me and for the others in the group. She teaches with honesty, trust, intuition and passion.
