I visited Collective Haus on Wednesday, 24th July, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty was unwelcoming and did not acknowledge us at any point, despite us being the only customers in the store. There was no greeting or offer of assistance, which made the atmosphere feel quite cold and uninviting. The clothing itself was beautiful, though I found the prices to be on the higher side.
