These are newly built/installed modular homes in a large park. Early construction date was approximately 2022, so homes are fairly new although small, and nice looking. Lot fees seem high at $800-$1200 per month.

If you want to live on a city with not much traffic Sequim is the city. lavender Meadows is the place. All new homes. Nice community atmosphere. 55 plus. No small kids. Centrally located to Safeway. QFC market. Costco Walmart Walgreens and Rite Aide. The new Manager is wonderful. There are many activities at the Clubhouse. The weather in Sequim is nice. Each season is quite different. Enjoy living in this great community! Convenient location to downtown, beaches & hiking trails. A variety of scheduled monthly resident activities indoors and outside, you pick!
We absolutely love living in this community! The people are so fun, the weather is awesome (as much rain as LA so if you're tired of the rain, this is a perfect place for you!), it's within walking distance of downtown and other ammenities, and Courtney and Michael go above and beyond to make this a great place to live.
