Slow response to infrastructure maintenance issues, maintenance is reactive, not proactive, older trailer court facility needing updated infrastructure. Having no running water for days to weeks for an elderly community is horrendous, this needs to be addressed and remedied for future incidents.

Management raises the rent every 6 months on retired people on a fixed income and doesnt do any maintenance or repairs then when a water line breaks due to neglect she passes the expense to the elderly.
Their website has an invalid contact email. Based on my experience, they don't respond to inquiries via the contact form, and the phone is never answered during business hours. If you leave a message, you will get no response. Can't imagine what one would experience as a resident.
