I’ve had several different services here and each one was relaxing and wonderful. The environment is cozy and not imitating. It’s so nice to have services like hair, facials, and massages all in one
I just moved to the area and found Collective from a Google search. I had called around to a few other salons and collective was the only one who took the time to listen, get me scheduled, and pair me with a stylist who was experienced in what I wanted. When I arrived the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The salon was clean and welcoming! Hayley and Bryanna were nothing short of amazing! They were both very polite and friendly. They asked what I liked , gave me ideas, and shared valuable knowledge on how to take better care of my hair. This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be back. They were able to get me in last minute right before my vacation! I had brought my mom with me… and the moment we walked in we were greeted and gave a small tour. We also had some delicious tea! Thank you for the amazing hospitality and kindness.
What a great experience! Love everything about this place. The boutique carries unique pieces.
***UPDATE *** I spoke with the owner Tina the next morning after I posted my review. I love that she genuinely showed concern and offer me to come back to the salon to get my hair fix to what I originally wanted. I met with Allie, and she was so sweet. She walk me through the process and was in communication with me at all times. She was able to strip down the dark awful black color, and make it look way closer to what I wanted.
