A very nice salon…but after seeing Suzanne at least 5-6 times for a hair cut I was so disappointed. She never remembered me and the last straw was wanting to let me leave with wet hair to keep my hair curly when my hair has never been curly. Paid too much for a hair cut that she really didn’t do.
My hair was falling out on both sides of my head rather quickly! I was horrified! I did not want pills that could make hair grow in unwanted places or cause side effects. After a consultation with Sheri, I opted for the Alma TED treatment. Look at my before and after 2 treatments photos! IT WAS AMAZING!! Not invasive .. no pills. You need to try this if your hair is thinning or falling out! It’s also very relaxing. It just works!
Update: In response to the salon reply, their statement is incorrect. I was told to wait 72 hours before washing my hair, which I did. This is when I discovered bald patches through out the top of my scalp. I called right away, which was day 3. I take offense to them implying I waited too long to notify them when I called them as soon as I discovered it. After I washed my hair at 72 hours, I could feel prickly spots all over as if I was shaved. The images show some damage but not the extent of it. It will be a depressing 6 m... read more
I had the best experience with Cam and Alison! Cam did my facial and Alison did my massage, and both services were absolutely amazing. They were both so welcoming and made the whole experience so relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy with my experience. Definitely recommend booking with both of them!
Be careful getting a perm here. I got one from the level 6 stylist/mgr and was left with bald patches all over the top of my head. In addition to that, the permed hair is not curly. I called to report it and was told the building manager would call me but when she did, she said I need to see the stylist to see if she would grant a refund. I doubt the stylist will admit fault.
