Should be sued or shut down. I will be taking legal action against them as I paid off the collection balance. but they will not reflect that to my credit bureau. ALso, you CANNOT contact them in any way, phone, web, nothing. Shady place, will be investigated IMMEDIATELY

Make sure to call the credit bureaus to make they are aware that you paid off your debts. This company will not update their systems for you. You have to fight them just to get your credit report updated. They say the will work with you but they don't. They lie.
