was turned over to this company by hospital that couldn't keep their records straight. Set up payments with them, they would not send monthly statements, said that they do not do that on collections, (bull) and when asked for a p.o. box to send it, was given a physical address and told to just send it there. Unprofessional, we were told that if we paid the account in full it would be removed from our credit. Instead it is still on our credit and they will not honor the agreement. We should have just kept our money. The owner is very unprofessional. If you are going to do any business or agreements with this company I suggest you get something in writing before they get any money from you.
