Sonja was wonderful.I first got in touch with the company and spoke to Sonja because I had received a bill that I felt I should not have gotten. She told me very nicely that she would look into it and would later get back in touch. A few weeks later, Sonja herself called me back and explained everything had been resolved. I had never had an employee from a collection agency be so amazingly nice and understanding. Sonja truly is an exceptional employee. Thank you Sonja, Lyn B.
I've been paying on my acct for over 4 years. In my opinion, Communication is key with any debt collector. I recently ran into some serious financial problems and thanks to Tyler, ( the kindest most understanding person I have ever spoke with on the phone believe it or not😁) she worked with me and I am back on track. THANK YOU TYLER FOR EVERYTHING!!!
Tyler was nice until she received my payment. Once she realized I wasn't paying all of my accounts she turned into a rotton greedy woman. The reply to this review is auto generated and should just state, "we don't care if our employees are respectful" to clear up confusion on why the person in charge of quality control is defending such unprofessional rude behavior.
Tesla has been absolutely amazing to work with and has taken a not so fun situation and made it so much easier to deal with. Wish all of the customer service reps were like her she’s amazing!!
It was really nice that Cody called me every Friday to Collect payment from me. Paying debts off is never fun, But Cody made it easy for me by calling me. I paid my last payment of a 500 dollar debt today!! Thanks Cody for being apart of that and helping me move forward in my life!!
