Last year right before Christmas this company garnished my son's bank account, because it had my previous married name on it. I had originally been a cosigner for him to get an account before he turned 18. He is now 22. And both of us just forgot that my name was even on it. I called to try to settle my debt. They referred me to their supervisor, “Todd.” He was literally the rudest person I have ever spoken with. He did not try to understand my financial hardships at all. All they want is your money. Congratulations YOU GUYS GOT IT.

CBS is a caring company. I had a garnishment from some,almost 10 year old medical bills and traffic tickets that I was not aware of. I explained to them that I am the only one to support 2 disabled family members. They kindly agreed to forgo the garnishment and allow me to make more affordable monthly payments. I am very appreciative of them.
