Have paid off my debits and now they want to come after me for Collections against my ex wife! Tried talking to Todd in Missoula and flat out threatened to drain my bank accounts because he doesn’t want to go after my ex wife! Rudest person I’ve ever talked to on the phone I finally lost it and he laughed I think he was having fun! Now I’m reaching out to someone who can do math! I paid my balance off and then some! Worse company I’ve ever dealt with!
Last year right before Christmas this company garnished my son's bank account, because it had my previous married name on it. I had originally been a cosigner for him to get an account before he turned 18. He is now 22. And both of us just forgot that my name was even on it. I don’t understand how they haven’t been sued for charging the credit card fees yet. I was part of a class action suit against one of their competitors for credit card fees, the way they pass that fee on to you is illegal unless explicitly enumerated in your contract with the original creditor which would have to include the amount of the fee too.
