Im putting a two because of his attitude. Hes too good at what he does so for that there’s 4.5/5 but his attitude brings that number way down. I tried to make a payment plan and he got all pissy and said that he was going to garnish my wages. Which is fine, he will have to pay for a judgment and it will take longer for full payment. But since he wants to share this money with the court and take longer to get it than that’s what he gets. He even hung up on me. Lol. If I could leave zero stars, I would. They are not willing to work with you AT ALL, even if they say they will. My husband was out of work for almost a year and they said they would work with us on a payment arrangement. However, they were not willing to accept the monthly payment that we could afford with not having an income (after they told us to just pay what we could), and they ended up garnishing both of our bank accounts with zero warning. It's strange that I am writing a good review for a collection service, however, I have been helped by three different representatives for this company and all of them were polite and helpful. They worked with what I could afford and let me make payments on a day that worked for me. I have unfortunately worked with a few other collection agencies in my past and none were as accommodating as this place.

Finally paid my debt outright but it was quite the process. First i was told they never “legally bought my debt” but was still being charged and then when i finally talked to the supervisor Todd in Missoula about settling for 70% i was told they were not interested and that i should ask my “mom and dad to help pay it” and hung up on. Finally just paid it in full and hopefully will never have to deal with them again. My bill nearly doubled due to interest and when asked for a bill in the mail was rejected multiple times.

It's a bit painful to give any collection agency 5 stars, however I am writing this as this is the only time in my life I have had a positive experience with an employee at a collection agency. I think most people get frustrated as to whether the debt is valid or if it has been paid- all things the employees at the collection agency really can't influence since they are not the original debtor.
