This company owes me over $1000 because the over garnished me and my wife for a medical bill. They garnished both our paychecks at the same time without letting our payroll people know how much of the bill was left and then they took our MT state refund. I called regarding a collection notice on a bill that I had already paid to the original biller. The woman who answered was extremely rude. I asked her to please stop being rude to me then she proceeded to argue with me regarding the bill amount. What an awful business to deal with.

If possible I would give this business a zero rating. They were tasked with a past due account that we owed, however without contacting us to set up a payment plan they levied our account without notice in excess of the amount of the debt! Then would not return our calls to try and resolve the matter.

Ok so I have tried a few times to get answers from this company but just like the other complaints I only get Rude and Snarky responses. I called today AGAIN to dispute info on my credit report. The individual refused to provide proof of Debt and when I brought up the "Fair debt collections act" he got upset and hung up on me. I guess I will be reaching out to the big 3 and disputing things that way.

I was served papers for a debt i did not owe. The bill was my husbands that lives 200 miles away. I understand that I am still responsible for a debt he owes due to marriage and not legally separated at the time. I gave him the paperwork and he paid the total due to the Clinic the next day. Horrible service!!! I called to pay my judgement in full and was treated disrespectfully. I repeated several times that I wanted to pay what was owed. I asked for the details to be mailed to me, never received them and called them. I again was treated very rudely and was told I was going to be garnished. I stated again, that I wanted to pay. Was put on hold and sent to maybe a manager, where I was given a different amount to pay. Horrible experience! There will be a special place in **** for these people. They wiped out my checking account and garnished my wages within 2 days of each other for a medical bill that was in the process of an insurance billing fault, not of mine, total was $211. They added a 30$ garnishment fee from my bank before they cleaned it out and with their other unknown, made-up fees that I cannot find, I will have paid them $486 plus.
