This group is unprofessional, disorganized, and inefficient. If I were a organization looking for a company to collect on my outstanding debts, I would not choose them. Here's a quick summary of my experience. In 2020, we hit a deer while driving through Hudson Valley. Passersby called the ambulance and we were checked at the scene before the ambulance left. Very rude people. My father and I have the same name and I’ve gotten calls for him, so I was trying to understand the reason for the call. The lady’s response was ‘well if I was looking for your father I wouldn’t be calling you.’ I said okay,’ you have a bit of an attitude, but that’s okay’ and then she hung up on me. Called back, got a different person gave some info to verify they were actually looking for me. Collection bureau of the Hudson valley was an amazing company to help me get back on my feet after suffering from breast cancer and working with me on a bill.
