Very rude people. My father and I have the same name and I’ve gotten calls for him, so I was trying to understand the reason for the call. The lady’s response was ‘well if I was looking for your father I wouldn’t be calling you.’ I said okay,’ you have a bit of an attitude, but that’s okay’ and then she hung up on me. Called back, got a different person gave some info to verify they were actually looking for me. Collection bureau of the Hudson valley was an amazing company to help me get back on my feet after suffering from breast cancer and working with me on a bill. Made numerous attempts to get in touch with them, but they completely ignored my phone calls and emails. Don't even waste your time. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

The most unprofessional, rude, degrading people I have ever spoke with. I called and spoke with "Natsha". I asked for more information, and she instantly with an attitude said "good luck" and hung up on me. Disgusting.
