Horrible to deal with. They won't accept payment plans. They are happy to take people to court and get wage garnishment. Tacky on the phone. Rude !!!
I used them to collect a judgement debt. I could not be happier with the process. The communication was very responsive. Hope to never be in this position again but if I am they will be my first call.
This place has no integrity, and does not care about people. They sent a small medical bill to them on my wife. My wife now is fighting Carcinoma Stage 3 Cancer. The last 3 years have been horrendous seeing my wife suffering. Yet this collection agency says they care about how they treat people.
In order to work here you must be rude, heartless, callous & make people feel guilty for the economy that we live in. Got served a "Order for Hearing" paper for a garnishment we are paying on and it say's to call Laura Maurstad but you can't even talk to her. Then they refuse to talk to you because they say you hired an attorney when that's not true. I absolutely despise the people I have dealt with here. BCH needs to stop using them.
What do you expect? They're a medical collections company and the worst I've ever experienced. Im beyond embarrassed that our city uses them for our local VFD for collections billing. I feel sorry for anyone who has to talk to this soulless outfit. Don't expect any help or sympathy from them. I'm pretty sure they sleep like a baby at night taking cancer patients and whatnot to court while tacking on any petty charges of their on top of the original bill.
