I just spent the hours of 11 am to 4:15 pm at this salon today. My hair turned bright orange. They spent all those hours trying to convince me it looked good even though it was far from what I wanted and looked like a botched at-home box dye. I finally left this place in tears and high-tailed it home. Before and after photos coming (found a gal to fix the disaster) FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, DON'T GO HERE!
