Thank you for your response. Our experience was different to what has been outlined. With Collaborative Partners, we waited approximately 3–4 months for the Functional Capacity Assessment and had to repeatedly follow it up. We were initially told we would either receive a discount or be charged for fewer hours due to the delay, however we were charged in full.
