I have had such a positive experience at this clinic! I appreciate that they have a variety of clinicians to meet your needs. The clinic is beautiful, and the clinicians are knowledgable and kind. I get regular massages with Cassie and have just started seeing Amanda for treatment as well. I will continue to book with them and I would recommend to anyone looking for services! The location is also nice and central, which I appreciate as I can get there easily from work or home.
Terrible experience. I booked an RMT appointment over the phone. When I showed up they became obsessed with getting my credit card number for some reason, even though I had cash in hand to pay for the appointment. Their registration system was also a mess due to online glitches, and they had no analog means of doing it with a pen and paper. I had driven across town for this, did not end up getting my appointment due to the glitches in their system, and wasted a bunch of time and gas. Obviously I will never be back.
