I had blackout generators install a 14kw generator and signed up for a maintenance program. When my generator broke down they refused to come and see what was wrong. I called Generac and they referred me to collaborative generators. They came out during the snow storm to get me going again. The next morning, the problem was identified, a short term solution crafted, and today, the permanent fix was installed.
