I’ve been dealing with them for 5 years. Service is excellent even though Cody, their tech, comes from southern Oklahoma to 40 miles south of Dallas. Keeps my Generac well maintained!
I had blackout generators install a 14kw generator and signed up for a maintenance program. When my generator broke down they refused to come and see what was wrong. I called Generac and they referred me to collaborative generators. They came out during the snow storm to get me going again. Collaborative Generators and Power Solutions went so far above acceptable customer service by responding to an emergency call as a huge winter storm was approaching. The next morning, the problem was identified, a short term solution crafted, and today, the permanent fix was installed. Great job and I was so pleased to have found a repair service that delivered exceptional customer service.
Cody was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. From installation to service, CGPS has been there for us all the way. Definitely recommend.
