It was perfect until this last version change. Its so bad now I’m getting a different software. Never thought I’d be doing this.
I work for 2 different companies, both using CMD for several years and absolutely loved this program, until now. The drastic change from V9 to V10 is insane. I feel like I’m using Prac Fusion. V10 layout is too busy, hate the harsh b/w, have to search to find the littlest things, it’s so not user friendly like V9.6, so many bugs but yet we’re being cut off from our V9 this month. We should be given the option to use either version since that’s what we chose in the first place.

The tracking scripts are within the "ad" to the right of the login page, a landing page created in Hubspot, and not within the application.Those tracking items seem to stay ( it's just a lag) after logging in until you refresh the page, even though the ad is only shown on our login page). Worst customer service I've ever encountered short hours untrained staff incomplete email instructions. Make sure you have 4 to 5 months of cash on hand you'll need it!

I have been using CMD for a very long time. The program far exceeds my expectations. One thing that sets them apart is they do listen to their users and always listen to our suggestions. If they feel it will help many users they do their best to implement those changes.
