We hired Jim Chronopoulos in 2018 after purchasing a house at the top of our budget only to move in and find out the seller misrepresented the property and failed to disclose major defects that rendered the property uninhabitable. We provided Jim with lots of our own evidence that the seller did so for the material gain. He failed to manage our file in a professional and timely manner. It's been a few years, but during the later part of 2021, I had been dealing with a dispute involving a local business taking advantage of me and my finances. Jim Chronopoulos came highly recommended for his years of experience, and professionalism, but I was most impressed by his patience, empathy, and understanding when assisting me through the legal process. Not a surprise that he and his team maintain an unblemished 5 star rating. Would give 10 stars if it were possible, thank you.

Ralph Colistro and the entire team at Colistro Chronopolis have been very helpful from my first phone call through the continued service even after I took possession of my home. Catriona as well as other staff members were prompt and considerate in all our interactions. I recommend their services for real estate needs and I would use them again for another legal need without hesitation. Their pricing was reasonable and accurate, and properly itemized in detail.
