Very professional, he knows all there is to know! Spent twenty minutes listening to my ailments and a full one hour massage. Excellent value for money. He was warm and chatty and I felt immediately comfortable and at ease. He provided sound advice. I will definitely be returning.

I visited Colin with a specific issue to do with hip flexibility. He looked carefully at my movement before manipulating and giving me stretches / exercises to maintain the new found movement. I would recommend Colin to any athlete with specific mobility issues. He was really knowlegable and provided straight forward advice.
