I've had an excellent experience with Colin Biggers & Paisley. Julian, the partner handling our matter, is exceptional, strategic, sharp, and always responsive. Jeremy, the solicitor supporting the work, has also been great, well-organised, reliable, and clear in his communication. Yes, the fees are at the top end, but the level of legal support, peace of mind, and professionalism we've received make it worthwhile. Highly recommended.
I hired Colin Biggers and Paisley in Sydney to sue an architect and town planner for bad advice that cost me a land deposit. They quoted 150 to 200 thousand dollars, but kept increasing fees and pressuring me until I paid over 700 thousand dollars to continue. They promised a 70 to 80 percent recovery, but I lost everything, and the little I got back didn't even cover their fees. Their lack of transparency and broken promises were unacceptable. I’m nearly done writing a book about my experience and will share it soon.
