From the get go Colin was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in our first home buying process. Colin was extremely helpful in my buyers first home purchase. He not only rescued the loan from a lender that wasn’t performing but he also was able to change the type of loan as it wasn’t conforming to the association. Very responsive and knowledgeable!!!
