Went into Colfax in Kernersville 7 purchased a kitchen table & chairs & a 4 piece living room set. We were able to load our truck (ourselve's) on the day of purchase due to them not having anyone to help. Set up a date for the 4 piece living room to be delivered on 6/15. Upon arrival black marks on the back of the love seat & front right side of love seat was wet with black marks. Four months in and still don't have a complete bedroom set that was paid for in advance. Were told it may take a little longer with covid, 4-6 weeks. Started checking in for an ETA after about a month and just got an idk, no firm dates. At 6 weeks a manager told me they tell everybody 2 months and not to call back until then.
