I have now seen Colette 3 times. The first time was because it was the end of the year, I had benefits to use, and I was feeling sore and sluggish. Colette was warm and welcoming, went over any ailments I had, and made sure I was set up to get the most out of my massage. The second and third time I saw Colette was due to an injury - I had pulled my back. I’ve been going to Colette for a few months now and just after our first session, my body has felt less tense and she is able to targets areas I didn’t think I needed work on. She is incredibly accommodating down to the finest detail, especially with makeup remover wipes, hair ties, etc.. she has an environment that makes you feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend booking with her!
Colette is an exceptional RMT! She creates a warm and welcoming environment, makes sure you feel heard, and adjusts treatment based on your needs. Colette's ability and technique to find and release pressure points and sources of tension in the body is truly amazing. Highly recommend.
I've been seeing Colette for TMJ as well as neck and shoulder tension, and she is simply outstanding.
