Worst customer service ever . I was served by staff named Lauren today at 4pm. She doesn’t know anything about customer service and policy. She need to be trained properly. I came today to exchange the bag for same price which was 69.99. It was the second bag with 50% discount as their policy with all the bag in the store. She told me I have to pay full price for exchange or I have to refund both bag and purchase again. I went home and came back with another bag for refund. Came today (Sunday) to get a handbag I had seen the day before. Store’s closing hour is 5pm but it was already closed just before 4pm with no signs saying if store worker will be back.
