I had 200 shirts made for my team of employees. Ericka was very informative of the process. I had originally been quoted from Cole's but I tried to find other quotes. Other companies were taking a really long time to get this done. While that was happening, Ericka had contacted me some time later and was persistent on obtaining my business. Cole's price was not unreasonable, so I finally decided to proceed with them since they were ready. My daughter’s school is using Cole’s for uniforms this year and has had to miss nearly 2 weeks of school because they do not have her uniforms ready. They can’t tell you when they will be ready they act as if they can’t answer any questions. Not sure if they need to hire more people or if they just need to move faster
