Will not be using click and collect again. What is supposed to save time, ends up eating more of my time and running around with missing items or items not in stock.
Today at 3:30 PM Sunday, I picked up the trolley from Coles and before heading to Coles, I went to get meat from near by store where my wife was waiting. Eventually, I was coming to the Coles, but the trolley collector guy screamed at me and came all the way to tell me that I can’t take the trolley. He was very rude and loud in front of people. 24 Jan 2024.... 2 46pm Waited 7minutes on the phone to get through to the bakery dept.. NO ANSWER after being transferred there.
Very rude staff, don't know where they brought this rude attitude from.
Recently renovated. Well stocked. Poor, arrogant staff. Not helpful and abrupt. Apart from that, it is a good store.
