Pre move survey: Matt came out for my pre move inspection and was fantastic! He was attentive, thorough, and explained everything in a simple manner that inspired confidence and was stress relieving. I look forward to working with him again for the packout! **Post move-out edit: Sadly this trend could not continue and has been my worst move so far.
