First time not filing taxes through TurboTax. I didn't know what to expect, but not what we got. In talking with family and friends, I hear that they typically spend between $200-350 to file their taxes, similar circumstances to ours. We had to pay $540. I would not recommend going to them. We were charged an insane amount, and our taxes are not that complicated. I don’t know anyone who was charged as much as we were. And on top of that she didn’t even try to build rapport or a relationship in the slightest. We will not being using them again.
They are very courteous and professional.
