First time not filing taxes through TurboTax. I didn't know what to expect, but not what we got. I would not recommend going to them. We were charged an insane amount, and our taxes are not that complicated. I don’t know anyone who was charged as much as we were. And on top of that she didn’t even try to build rapport or a relationship in the slightest. We will not being using them again.
They are very courteous and professional.
