I had a very nice massage by Kimberly about 6 months ago. I called recently to set up an appointment with her but was told she was booked. They set up an appointment for me with another person who gave me the worse massage I ever had in my entire life. I even ended the massage earlier than when the time was up. I emailed the owner and then called and the owner has completely ignored me. No refund, no credit, not even a phone call of acknowledgement.
