Bob, a 18+ year employee/manager just left, working for Mavis/Cole Mufflers. I always get an email to rate my experience when I have service done on my "Vehicles"! No email this time! I still trust the guys that work at both the Fulton and Oswego Shops but I have to ask myself, "What is going on? Why has there been a lot of turnover especially in Oswego!" To lose Bob was a huge mistake! Bob has been the face of these shops for a long time. Not a hood move.
Went there for my tires and everyone there was friendly and far priced I will be doing back soon
