I have been having massages from Cole Kelly Massage and Healing Arts for just over 1 year now at least 2 times a month. The way that she opens up each session with a friendly chat to ask how you are feeling and what has been going on in the last few days, is a very effective way to start bringing in trust and a focus for the massage and to hone in on what is needed. She has really helped me on my healing journey and I highly recommend Cole Kelly. 🙏🙏

I always feel so safe with Cole, she gets into all the nooks and crannies that need some tender loving care leaving my body feeling refreshed every time I leave. Highly recommend.

Cole is a lovely soul and her massage is excellent! She knew exactly which spots to work on and the amount of pressure used was perfect. My shoulders feel pain free and my posture definitely felt straighter the next day!! Thankyou Cole 🙏💛

I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Cole. I was sore all over from training and she was able to get deep into the muscles and release them. I left the room deeply relaxed and slept so well that night - which was a huge relief after a bout of insomnia. I highly recommend a visit to Cole - your body will thank you!
