Love it! A great selection at Cold Water Creek...love the jackets, shells and all the coordinating outfits you can make. A must is to hit their after holidays sales...every jacket is discounted and the sales people have always been very helpful.
The staff at the Val Vista location were rude,inattentive and completely unhelpful. I went in at 4:45 on Thurs. March 04/2010. The staff did not say a word to me when I entered the store. In the 40 minutes it took to select some items ... none of the staff came to offer assistance. I finally requested help in finding a white blouse in my size. She explained they didn't have any left.
