EVERYTIME I go to this place I am ignored. I have never ONCE been offered help. If the older lady can only organize the store then they need to hire more help.

My favorite store! – I had a big weight loss a few years ago and had to replace my entire wardrobe. I have always liked Coldwater Creek's clothes, but now I love them. Generally, I can count on the clothes to fit me well, and now that they carry long sized pants (online only) I can be sure that the pants are long enough. Deplorable Staff – They have some of the best selection of skirts I have found, but dealing with the store personnel is a chore. They have the snotty sales clerk attitude mastered and are generally very little help. The first time I was there I was charged twice for a $100 skirt. When I noticed the error on the $500 order the next day, I called and was refunded the money over the phone, but never even offered an apology.
