This facility is currently supposedly under the threat of potential violence with a deadly weapon. With this they have, instead notifying family members and staff who may potentially be at risk during this time, decided to hide and cover this information from the knowledge of a majority of the staff, residents and family members.
I would like to leave this review to recognize the nurse and nurse aide that cared for my brother,Kenneth during his stay for rehab from a fall.The nurse,Joyce and aide Angel went the extra mile to care for his needs and well being.These two ladies are tops in my opinion,as I myself have years involved in Healthcare. They should be recognized for their work and compassion for the patients they care for. Thank you ladies for everything you do. Linda Ashmore
They do not watch patients take there medicine. Then when they act up from dementia they call you to come in. Then it is suppose to be a locked unit but they yell the code down the hall. They do not watch the residents because they get outside in the front reception area.
