I went in for a meeting because my mother was in hospice and we wanted to make sure she had round the clock care. I’m telling you from the very second I went in there staff was rude to me. The front desk lady said “who are you?” When I explained I was there for a meeting she literally rolled her eyes and said “ I mean your name” Like girl what Then the woman I had a meeting with was off.
