Good quality furniture, selection & service. But didn’t I end up making my final selection from here due to their pricing compared to other stores with similar pieces.
I found a really cool lamp here and the manager was very helpful!
Nice buying experience has turned into a terrible experience. No support from sales, no returned phone calls (despite promises to do so). Furniture ordered in July now delayed until April, although Colders certainly is able to bill me promptly. So paying for furniture that is not here for several months yet. And no resolution offered thus far. Will have to take another chunk of time today to try and track a manager down to try and resolve this. Do NOT buy anything from @coldersfurniture. I paid over $5600 a full living room set during their Labor Sale and have problems since that time. Colders merged with Ashley furniture so it’s no longer the respectable place it was. I received a phone call from Colder’s in early Sep saying the original fabric I picked out for the furniture was no longer available (even though it was in their fabric display options on their floor).
