Pricey
The customer service we have received after the acquisition has been a joke. We are extremely frustrated and feel like we are getting strung along and that our last option is to publicly put our story out there so we can get a resolution. We were supposed to receive our couch after a 3 week wait sometime during the week of September 15. We received a call on September 15 telling us we wouldn't get the couch until September 30th. This place has terrible customer service. I have not gotten my missing sectional and everytime I call, I get the run around and an oh we will call you back with a status. I have not gotten a call. I will never buy from this stire again and strongly urge you not to waste your time and money either. I do not like leaving bad reviews every company has bad days but this is beyond acceptable. The only way to not get bad customer service is to not buy anything in the first place
We highly recommend Tammy at the Oak Creek location. She helped us with our custom furniture order and was patient, accommodating and knowledgeable. We appreciated her low pressure approach and had a great experience.
