We purchased a French-door/bottom freezer refrigerator at the Oak Creek store. Our salesperson, Kathleen Manuele was friendly, courteous and ultra-helpful. The delivery was very prompt, and the crew did a great job. We have shopped there before and will again.

I made several visits to the store before purchasing, and he was always very friendly, polite, willing to answer all of my questions, and he remembered me and what I was shopping for each time.
