This was my first time. First timers get to go for 10 dollars! Everything was so clean and the plunges were amazing. Would definitely recommend.

This was the first time I’ve ever tried a cold plunge before. The employee Towfiq was wonderful! He was super helpful and gave my nephews (ages 13 & 14) and I a tour beforehand so we knew what to expect. I would recommend this kind of therapy for people looking for an immediate rush of energy and excitement! I hope to do it again sometime soon.
My daughter had to shed just under a pound for a national wrestling tournament and we called multiple places and Josh and Cold Plunge Studios came in clutch and saved the day! They were patient and courteous and got us in right away! This facility is gorgeous and the service is great!
