I Absolutely LOVE NNY Massage! It is so clean and vibrant when you first walk in! The plants give it such a relaxing and nature vibe! My boyfriend and I did the Sauna and Cold Plunge and it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had, I feel like a brand new person! WOW, Melissa the Owner is so Kind and Lovely! I will be back time and time again! It is an amazing spot! They offer message, yoga, reiki, chiropractic care and the WONDERFUL Sauna and the Cold Plunge! Thank you for this deeply relaxing and much needed self care day! :)
