Save your money. I’ve had nothing but cooling issues with my big block Chevy since installing my cold case. I purchased a cold case radiator and shroud+fan set up. The fans were weak so I upgraded to expensive brushless fans. My engine still gets to 230 in 80 degree weather. I’ve checked timing and all other factors that could cause overheating. Bottom line is the radiator just won’t perform how I was hoping. It seems to heat soak. Going to go with a 4 row radiator from a different company.

Bought this radiator in 4/24 to replace my stock 2001 OEM radiatorthat lasted 23 years. Had several issues with trying to get a replacement cause of manufacturing damage issues. I went thru 4 radiators before making the decision to go with cold case. I replaced everything in my cooling system prior to installing the new radiator, including the heater core and heater hoses, upper and lower radiator hoses, thermostat and water pump. Flushed the system once before installing then flushed again once I installed the radiator. I p... read more

Installation Vehicle = 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air (150/210) High Level Summary is that the product works very good for cooling your engine but the installation is not for the faint of heart. I have degree in engineering and I have built many hot rods and done every type of modification and this installation was anything but 'Bolt In'. Complaint 1 - I was unsure what part number to order for my vehicle so I called and talked through my setup with the technical specialist. In the end, it was not the correct one and the Cold Case r... read more

I am beyond frustrated with Cold Case Radiators. I have now replaced FOUR (4) Cold Case radiators on my Jeep, and every single one has failed the exact same way. Each radiator has developed a leak from the same corner / seam area, indicating a clear manufacturing or design defect. After installing the fourth radiator, I just discovered my Jeep is leaking AGAIN. At this point, this is no longer bad luck or installation error. This is a repeated failure pattern. I wanted to believe in this product and gave it chance after chan... read more
