Installation Vehicle = 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air (150/210) High Level Summary is that the product works very good for cooling your engine but the installation is not for the faint of heart. I have degree in engineering and I have built many hot rods and done every type of modification and this installation was anything but 'Bolt In'. I am beyond frustrated with Cold Case Radiators. I have now replaced FOUR (4) Cold Case radiators on my Jeep, and every single one has failed the exact same way. Each radiator has developed a leak from the same corner / seam area, indicating a clear manufacturing or design defect. On my second one Bad quality control , 1st one came all bent and not useable 2nd developd leaks after 7 months I used on my 95 GMC Sierra k1500 and the old plastic one that also has a lead worked better than this for way less

I'd just like to say if there is anyone looking to upgrade their radiator i highly recommend cold case. They use dual 1in or 1.25in tubes depending on application. (S197 uses 1in) This is the second vehicle I've installed one in. First being a 6.2 yukon that I use to tow a camper. With that being said their customer service is even better. The radiator i recieved for my mustang was missing a mounting tab for the fan shroud. It took 4 days from the time I emailed about the problem to a new one being on my front porch.
