I had an issue with my shower, and even though he couldn't come out in person, he guided me over the phone not once, but twice for about 30 minutes each time. I wanted to pay him for his help, but he simply asked for a Google review and the possibility of future work. Other plumbers were quoting me between $300 and $500 just to fix a pin that wasn't set right, while he would have only charged $125. I really appreciate finding plumbers like this. I liked Levi right from the start, and he definitely delivered. They dug multiple trenches by hand to connect to an existing drain pipe. I live in an older home that has had its share of water issues, which led me to try out several plumbers in Beaumont before I found a great one. They have visited my house a couple of times. The first time, they replaced my main sewer pipe inside the house, which was a big job spanning all three levels. They also replaced an outdoor spigot.
