I have tried twice since last November to get a whole house generator quote from this company. I submitted the requested information by email in November, and heard nothing back. I called back in December, and was told that someone had left the company and some requests hadn't been handled. I was assured that if I submitted the information one more time that it would be handled. Well, nothing happened the second time either. Today I tried to call again, and the sales line just rings with no voicemail. Are they still open?

Sent guys to our RV campsite on a Sunday to help us out with some electrical issues we were having in a brand new RV. Within an hour they had found the issue and fixed it. Very reasonable rates especially for an emergency call on a Sunday. And no electrical work needed since. Thanks for helping us out so much.
These ladies have got it together. Fantastic customer service. Passing through from AZ, had a generator issue & they had my coach in and out within 48 hours. If you need ANY generator work done, this is the place. Can't speak highly enough of this Fantastic crew👏👏
