2017 GMC Sierra with a transmission that was shuttering from day 1. Dealer wouldn't do a thing about it and said it was normal. Well it wasn't normal and with 130k on the truck now and ready to trade it in because it was driving me nuts I decided to take it to Colberts. Well I should have done this 100k ago. Nobody wants to find a leak coming from their vehicle, especially from power train components. But that's exactly what I had. This shop was recommended to me via another shop. And I have neither affiliation nor previous experience as a customer before this review. Best decision I've made for my car to date. I can't applaud the guys at this shop enough. Had a transmission installed 2 months ago and paid $4000 for it, just had my starter motor replaced and the guy said the transmission bolts were not tightened correctly and that it was very dangerous. His words not mine, so that’s the level of their work.
