THEY ARE THIEVES!!! At the Spencer location, they stole half of my tax return. The thief's name is Briana and she's the daughter of "Oswaldo," the owner of this Colbert/Ball franchise. She used a bank account other than mine without my authorization and stole half of my tax return. How many people have they stolen from already? How do you feel about being so dishonest and having such low moral standards?
