Been using them for years
Poor communication. They completely ignore voicemails and emails. They have had my taxes since mid March and I have heard nothing from them. Now I have to find another firm to do the job if I can get my paperwork back from them.
THEIVES. If I could give zero stars, I would. Took money from my account (which he had access to from auto-payments for filing taxes) completely unauthorized, multiple times this month. Will not return calls or emails and his office will not answer any questions or resolve this, but did confirm that they saw receipts for the charge and didn’t know why. Untrustworthy, unprofessional, despicable. Take your business elsewhere - ANYWHERE else.
