I love going to Colab l’m the always greeted by warm smiley faces. Jenna (physio) has helped me overcome many of my injuries and also having her as a guide on the reformer Pilates machine has been amazing as she works around my injuries .
I have been seeing Jenna ongoing for a few years now for physio and she always provides an excellent level of care.
My family has attended Colab over a number of years through exercise classes and physiotherapy services, and we have always found Katherine and Genna to be highly professional, skilled, attentive to individual needs, always welcoming and very friendly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
The Colab Crew have been terrific at getting me fully functional again after sports or work-related injuries. Always flexible and supportive around availability I can't recommend the team highly enough. Clean, modern environment, too, with well-equipped exercise space...thank you J and K for keeping me on the road!
