Wonderful session, my body feels softer, relaxed, and less pain.
Coko is really amazing! I am a photographer who shoots outside fashion shows for weeks at a time. I was in pretty severe pain (of the hand/arm, shoulders, and neck) when I came to Coko - my equipment is heavy! I had read online about another photographer finally finding relief through rolfing. Coko is a remarkable bodyworker and healer, extraordinarily sensitive, patient, subtle, and gentle. I am a retired chiropractor and craniopath (30 years of practice) and have had a great deal of body work, including the Rolf series, in the course of my career. My "issues" are subtle and resistant to therapeutic efforts - Coko is the first healer in nearly 40 years to truly "listen to" my body and help it open to the unwinding that is at the root of the healing process.
Coko is magical! I always leave her sessions rebuilt, reconnected and realigned from the inside out. Mahalo!
