Coko is a remarkable bodyworker and healer, extraordinarily sensitive, patient, subtle, and gentle. I am a retired chiropractor and craniopath (30 years of practice) and have had a great deal of body work, including the Rolf series, in the course of my career. My "issues" are subtle and resistant to therapeutic efforts - Coko is the first healer in nearly 40 years to truly "listen to" my body and help it open to the unwinding that is at the root of the healing process.
Coko is magical! I always leave her sessions rebuilt, reconnected and realigned from the inside out. Mahalo!
All I heard about Rolfing before was that it worked but was painful. I have severe damage to several disks and vertebrae. Coko has been able to help relive the pain more than any physical thearapist or massage therapist has in a short period of time. It doesn’t repair the physical damage but it has improved my pain level and relieving the secondary effect of the damage. I would recommend anyone who is dealing with muscular/skeletal pain to her. If you have pain try it sooner than later
