Customer service is trash, you can’t get a hold of anyone to actually talk to you. Delays in refunding/releasing funds. Also, coinzoom do not specify on when a return will be processed.
Coinzoom is unwilling to refund my money after permanently closing my Coinzoom account. I would not recommend this institution any sort of possible investing. Very poor customer service and minimal communication. Most frustrating thing at this time, they never actually speak on the phones at all. Customer goes through this automated prompt and immediately sends to their Customer support via email and/or chat. No help whatsoever. A total waste of time, money, and energy!!!
update: Coinzoom was able to help me get my account re-set and has followed up with me. Everything seems good and the app is working great. I think its fair to see how things go and update the rating again soon. I would not recommend CoinZoom. I was referred to Coinzoom by a friend. I created an account and I messed up with my 2 factor authentication. I reached out to customer support.
