I have been trying to retrieve my money from CoinZoom for days! First it was 2FA, then it was an old app, then it was 2FA, then I was timed out. Then the new app doesn't recognize me, (which I told them would happen) now, they can't confirm my identity. Now my money is locked up and out of my hands. Crazy how they are allowed to keep money, and slowly just dissolve it with fees. STAY AWAY if you want to be able to get back your hard earned $$. Thieves who take your money. Plain and simple.
I love my CoinZoom card. There was certainly a learning curve, but it’s working great, the rewards are awesome, and the crypto trading options are numerous! Buying crypto was never an issue, but converting it to USD and spending it was. This card solves that issue!
I've had my CoinZoom Visa card for almost 2 years. It has been accepted every time I have used it.
