Good experience twice Two good experiences with two different associates. Got more than I expected for silver and gold. Pawn shops offer way less. Thumbs up for jewelry palace!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! They advertise all over the place that they pay highest price around for your jewelry...and give free appraisals. Yet, when I brought them a nice pair of diamond stud earrings to sell (I paid $650 for them a year ago), they wouldn't even make an offer. The guy said the diamond market was bad and diamond jewelry wasn't selling. As far as their "free appraisals", the guy wouldn't even offer a guess as to what the diamond earrings were worth. Cool money! I just sold some of my gold to these people, and wow is all I can say. After shopping around several different stores and pawn shops, and even trying the goldbuyers place at the mall, these guys paid about double of anyone else, and believe me I shopped hard. Very friendly staff, and excellent service. Great to do business with, plus they paid me cash! If your looking to unload some stuff out of your jewelry box, then this is the place to do it trust me.

Some thing you should know!! When you buy a gift of Jewelry you should know this. Their is mark ups. From the stone miners, to the cutters/polishers, designers, casters, stone setters, Whole salers, and Finally the retailer. So in reality the jewlery you purchase is worth at the time of purchase one third of it's true value. The cost is truely in labor. That you don't get back! It is just like buying a car.
